At SNEAKERSNSTUFF, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and shoe box, ensuring they are placed inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
